Review King is a reputation management platform that helps businesses monitor, respond to, and manage their online reviews. Our services include:

• Real-time review monitoring across connected platforms
• AI-assisted review response suggestions
• Review dispute assistance and flagging tools
• Google Business Profile management and analytics
• Reputation reporting and performance insights

Review King is operated from Australia. Our platform is designed for businesses of all sizes seeking to manage and improve their online reputation.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind the business entity you represent. By using Review King, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the authority to act on behalf of the business or organisation you register
• The Google Business Profile accounts you connect are ones you are authorised to manage
• All information you provide during registration is accurate and complete

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration and use
• Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity conducted under your account
• Not share, transfer, or assign your account to any other person or entity without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe a security breach has occurred.

You agree to use Review King in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice or refund.

Review King uses artificial intelligence to generate suggested review replies, dispute letters, and analytical insights. You acknowledge and agree that:

By publishing AI-generated content through our platform, you accept full responsibility for that content as if you had written it yourself.

Review King's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically, Review King:

• Only requests the minimum Google API scopes necessary to provide our services
• Uses Google user data solely for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy
• Does not sell Google user data to third parties
• Does not use Google user data for advertising purposes
• Allows users to revoke access to their Google data at any time through their dashboard settings

You may disconnect your Google Business Profile at any time, which will immediately revoke our access to your Google data.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at the time of purchase. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• All fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices may change with a minimum of 30 days' written notice; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access to paid features
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your credit card details

You are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. You may cancel your account through your dashboard settings or by contacting support.

Upon termination:

• All connected Google Business Profile access will be immediately revoked
• Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Any remaining prepaid subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by Australian law
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, governing law, and indemnification) will continue to apply

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
